RETURN POLICY
You may return goods for any reason within 20 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund.
Goods must be in perfect, unworn, and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.
o You can return purchased goods within 20 days of receipt of your order.
o Goods must be returned in perfect, unworn, and unaltered condition. It is your responsibility to ship good back to our warehouse.
o Contact us at info@tnktechniques.com . A questionnaire will be sent for fulfilling. Once it is approved an authorization number will be generated for you to return your goods.
o Be sure to return your goods to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
o Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or wire transfer to your bank account.
o Shipping / freight charges will not be refunded.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellation will be at no charge until the order is 100% confirmed and a estimated shipping date is informed.
Please contact us at info@tnktechniques.com to cancel your order. If the package has already been shipped, you can return the goods when you receive them once you have the authorization number. Note that the shipment / freight cost will be charged either way once it has started.
Please note: Back Orders not shipped within 50 days of the original ship date will be automatically canceled.
